Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the administrator. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.
10201 (open date: 12/17/07) Night Shift RN – Full time and PRN Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shift. Must be willing to flex between all nursing departments. Provides direct patient care. Communicates well with staff and physicians.
81200 (open date: 4/1/08) Chief Financial Officer - Full time, exempt position. Directs the hospital’s financial planning and accounting practices. Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax accounting, purchasing, real estate and insurance activities. Appraises the hospital’s financial position and issues financial and operating reports. Must have a thorough knowledge of accounting, finance, reimbursement, budgeting, credit and collection as relates to healthcare. A degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Requires three to five (3-5) years of management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

95304 (open date: 08/14/08) Clinic Director – Full time, non-exempt position. Supervises office operations and clinic staff. Performs limited oversight of financial management. Monitors supplies and operational budget for the clinic. Regularly communicates with Chief Clinical Officer and Licensed Independent Practitioners to ensure maintenance of efficient practice site operations. This is a working Office Manager position; as such, the Manager is expected to assist with clinical and/or clerical duties or cross over for staff on a limited as needed basis.
52001 (open date: 09/11/08) CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) – Full time, exempt position. Performs a physical assessment of patient. Administer anesthesia for patients prior to surgery. Monitor levels of anesthesia intraoperatively and adjust accordingly. Oversee patient postoperative and recovery. Consults with medical staff, surgical and nursing personnel with problems and interpretation of policies and procedures. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in performance improvement activities. Assists in formulating the budget.

Responsible for successful maintenance of patient records and organizational and administrative operation of the Health Information Management Department. Oversight responsibility for operational aspects of department. Serves as resource for facility regarding medical record content and regulatory requirements. Also oversees ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures covering the privacy of and access to patient health information in compliance with federal and state laws and the healthcare facility’s information privacy practices.

Duties include labor-intensive work such as pushing heavy carts, lifting, bending and overall standing for most of the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, discharge units, all offices, Emergency Room, lab, Radiology, Community Health Clinic, Surgery, Specialty Clinics and all non-patient areas. Housekeeper will use vacuum cleaner, mop, dusting tools, chemicals and other supplies as needed to clean and disinfect the hospital on a daily basis.
