At the Sierra Vista Rural Health Clinic, we offer a full range of quality primary health care services for members of our community, from prenatal to seniors. Our patients also have access to services provided by Sierra Vista Hospital’s Laboratory, Radiology Department, Respiratory Care, Physical Therapy, Ambulance, Emergency Department, Specialty Clinics and many other services.

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS: If you are ill and call for an appointment, we can usually arrange for you to be seen by one of our providers the same day;  otherwise, a regular appointment will be scheduled within a few days for you. To schedule an appointment, call 894-3221.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE INSURANCE? Sierra Vista Rural Health Clinic offers a sliding- fee scale for those who qualify. The fee is determined by individual income.  One of our friendly staff members in the reception office will be happy to give you an application packet and to answer any questions you may have regarding the sliding fee scale, and your qualifications.

WHAT IF I CAN’T AFFORD MY MEDICATIONS? Through the NM MEDBANK Program, Sierra Vista Rural Health Clinic can assist persons of any age who do not have prescription drug coverage, or those who have used up their benefits and meet specific eligibility guidelines.  Our Patient Services Staff help qualified persons obtain their needed prescription medications without cost from Patient Assistant Programs of various pharmaceutical companies. One of our trained staff members will work with you to help you find other sources to help you pay for your medications if you do not qualify for one of the drug company assistance programs.
